Cliniweave® Flame Retardent Anti-Bacterial Treated Fabrics Textiles

Jantex is proud to announce the introduction of Cliniweave®, a class leading bactericidal technology to our range of inherently flame retardant polyester fabrics, suitable for use in hospitals and other healthcare environments including nursing homes and surgeries. Dedicated to combating a wide range of hospital and community acquired infections such as MRSA, Anthrax, SARS and E-Coli.

In tests at Imperial College, London, Cliniweave® was the only anti-bacterial textile that was proven to be effective against clostridium difficile ( C.diff ), compared to other silver based technologies.

Hospital bed and curtains fitted with Cliniweave® anti-bacterial and flame retardent fabrics. Blackpool Victoria hospital has fitted 12 wards with Cliniweave® anti-bacrerial and flame retardent fabrics for curtains and bedding. Nursing home bed fitted with Cliniweave® anti-bacterial and flame retardent fabrics.

Extensive testing carried out over a 4 year period at Imperial College in London, under the supervision of Europe's leading authority on MRSA, Professor Mark Enright, proves that the amazing anti-bacterial technology used in these fabrics is over 1000 times more effective against the bacteria associated with HAIs compared to silver based technologies.
